Joseph Edward Wiley, age 71, of Bedford, Kentucky, and the son of the late Noel B. and Colleen Jacqueline (Brent) Wiley, was born on April 16, 1950, in Madison, Indiana. He owned and operated his own landscaping business his entire life. Mr. Wiley passed away on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at the Norton King's Daughters' Hospital in Madison.

His life will be cherished by his son, Joseph E. Wiley, II of Bedford. He was preceded in death by his parents.

At his request, no services will be held.
